Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: Mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, almond butter
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
Fold in any optional mix-ins like chips or nuts.
Pour into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
Cover and freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight.
Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
